SW/WC Service Cooperative and the Freshwater Society would like to invite your students to participate in the 6th Annual Water is Life Art Scholarship Contest. The 2010 Water is Life Art Contest offers scholarships and recognition to high school students who find an artistic way to express the significance of water. The Freshwater Society, working through SW/WC Service Cooperative, offers this contest to Minnesotas 9-12 grade public, private and home-schooled high school students. ~ Six $500 scholarships will be awarded! ~ Artwork accepted: photography, sculpture, fountains, painting, drawing, and short video. All artwork must be accompanied by an artist statement describing the work in relation to the theme Water is Life.
