On September 18 AND 19, 2010 DWP, near Litchfield, is hosting the 1st Annual Kid Fair. DWP stands for Developing Winning Personalities and our mission is to Developing Winning Personalities by Joining Many People through activities that energize the body, activate the mind, and capture the heart. We serve everybody! Mostly reaching out to communities at this point within the 60 mile radius of the outreach center. We believe that everyone has been given a special gift/talent/passion in life and that we need to look for that gift in each other and use that gift to build each other up, not down. DWP was founded in April of 2003 and reaches out to minority children, nursing home residents, troubled youth, churches, schools, group homes for people with disabilities, and local clubs such as boy scouts, girl scouts, etc. We offer a wide variety of activities so that individuals are given a chance to find what they are good at. Anything from children's books, paintball, building projects, gardening, tetherball, rock climbing, kayaking, etc. DWP teaches values in life such as determination, focus, teamwork, hardwork, overcoming bumps etc through outdoor activities.
